Megawatt Charging System Connector

The MCS (Megawatt Charging System) is a high-current DC connector designed for megawatt-level fast charging of medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles. It is supplied directly by the manufacturer and supports export. Designed according to the CharIN Megawatt Charging System (MCS) standard and IEC 63379 specifications, the product offers five specifications: 350A (air-cooled), 1500A, 2000A, 3000A, and a ruggedized 4000A, with a rated voltage of 1500VDC. The 350A version uses air cooling, while the 1500A and higher versions use liquid cooling. The peak power of a single gun can reach megawatt levels, providing heavy-duty vehicles with hundreds of kilometers of range in just 5 minutes. It is a core connector solution for megawatt-level power replenishment in electric heavy-duty trucks, mining trucks, buses, and large-scale energy storage systems.
