    Main Types of Connectors


    LV standard connector. LV standard connector has the largest circulation in the domestic market and relatively complete process standards. It is suitable for a variety of electrical connection needs and has good versatility. It is widely used in key components such as new energy vehicle battery packs and motor controllers.


    USCAR standard connector. USCAR standard connector is an international standard connector with high compatibility and reliability. Its design meets the strict requirements of the automotive industry to ensure stable operation in harsh environments. It is mainly used in international brand new energy vehicles to meet global market needs.


    Japanese standard connector. Japanese standard connector is designed according to Japanese standards, focusing on refinement and high performance. This type of connector has a small size and excellent electrical performance.


    Common Characteristics of Connectors


    Due to the high-voltage system requirements of new energy vehicles, connectors especially the new energy connector must withstand high voltage and high current shocks to ensure the stability of power transmission. Connector design needs to focus on the selection and design of insulating materials to prevent leakage and short circuit. In high temperature environments, connectors maintain stable electrical performance and are not affected by temperature increases. Connector design should be easy to install and disassemble so that maintenance and replacement can be completed quickly.
