The AUPINS IEC DC Smaller Power light-weight EV Charging Cable handle is designed in line with ergonomic principles and feels comfortable in the hand. The unique heat dissipation structure design greatly reduces the working temperature of the charging gun. Built-in switch and electronic lock module, the quality and performance are more stable, and easier to repair and replace. Locking bayonet anti-loosening device ensures stable and reliable connection.

What current ratings are available?


The CCS2 DC charging cable assembly is available in 32A, 50A and 80A configurations. The appropriate option depends on the continuous charging current, cable length, ambient temperature and charger design.


What is the rated voltage?


The available configurations are rated up to 1000V DC. Final voltage and current requirements should be confirmed before ordering.


Is this product a complete charging cable assembly?


Yes. The product combines a CCS Type 2 vehicle connector with a charging cable and charger-side cable end. The open cable end can be prepared according to integration requirements.


Is this product a CCS2 adapter?


No. This product is a charger-side CCS2 DC cable assembly intended for integration into EV charging equipment. It is not a CCS1-to-CCS2, CHAdeMO-to-CCS or vehicle conversion adapter.


Can the cable length be customized?


Yes. The standard cable length is 5 m, and customized lengths can be discussed according to charger design, current rating and project quantity.


Can AUPINS customize the open cable end?


Yes. Customers can provide stripping, conductor, terminal or crimping requirements for technical review.


Can the connector color and cable color be customized?
