Electric Vehicle Charging Gun: What are the Basic Requirements for the Design Structure of the Charging Gun?

    1. User-friendly and convenient operation

The structural design of the charging gun needs to meet the installation of the charging power module, the main circuit of the electrical appliance and the control system. It needs to consider the heat dissipation of the charging module, the wiring and electrical safety of the main circuit of the electrical appliance, and ensure the realization of the equipment function and the stability of the internal structure. At the same time, the charging gun is a terminal device used for charging new energy pure electric vehicles. It requires a human-machine operation interface, needs to be used by swiping cards and buttons, and the LCD interface can display data such as charging amount, cost, and charging time. Therefore, when designing the operation interface, it is necessary to consider the user's friendliness and convenience.

    2. Strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability

When charging electric vehicle batteries, their charging and discharging efficiency will be affected by the surrounding environmental conditions, especially by electromagnetic interference. Under normal temperature, the battery's charging and discharging receiving ability is strong. As the ambient temperature decreases, its ability to accept charging will also decrease. Therefore, when designing the EV charging plugs structure, it is necessary to have a strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability to prevent the charging efficiency from being affected by excessive electromagnetic interference.

    3. Component design

The internal structure design of the charging gun should adopt modular design according to the requirements of the electrical function, and each electrical functional unit should be installed on a whole board. At the same time, according to the wiring requirements of the product's electrical schematic diagram, a reasonable layout is achieved. The main circuit wiring in the pile body is designed from bottom to top and from left to right. Therefore, the internal electrical components are arranged from bottom to top as AC incoming line part, rectifier module part, DC output part, charging interface and control unit. At the same time, the strong and weak electricity should be separated in the wiring to reduce electromagnetic interference to the signal line.
