AP-0516 EV DC Charging Pile Controller Series

The OP-0516 DC control unit is a controller developed for DC charging piles, operating at DC12V. It utilizes the RT-Thread embedded operating system, emphasizing high integration and extremely high energy efficiency. It supports dual-gun parallel charging with a maximum charging current of 600A; its energy consumption is less than 3%, effectively reducing operating costs.

Product Functions

(1) It can complete the charging interaction with the BMS, control the charging status of the charger, collect operation data, and automatically shut down in abnormal conditions

(2) It can be applied to various DC charging piles such as one-machine one-charge type, one-machine time-sharing dual-charge type, one-machine bus-connection dual-charge type,

one-machine full power distribution dual-charge type, rectifier split type, and group charging type.

(3) It is equipped with an electronic lock control for the charging gun and temperature detection. The detection and control of each charging gun work independently.

(4) Compatible with power modules from Shenghong, Yingfeiyuan, Youyou, Yonglian, Tonghe, Xingyuan Borui, etc.

(5) Compatible with Diwen, Xinruida and Xinxian touch screens to complete human-computer interaction functions;

(6) Support serial port card readers to complete the card swiping billing function;

(7) Integrated 2-channel battery voltage collection function;

(8) Integrated 2-channel control and guidance functions;/Integrated 2-channel control and guidance functions;

(9) It can record charging data, with a maximum of 500 charging data records.

(10) It has a background communication function and can communicate wirelessly with the background monitoring system to transmit status and related data. Currently, it supports

monitoring platforms such as Cloud Fast Charging, Dakake Cloud, Weijing Cloud, and Xiaoju.

(11) Integrated Ethernet function; (Optional)

(12) Integrate and expand 2G and 4G functions. (Optional)

(13) Integrated NFC card reader function. (Optional)

(14) The main control board supports direct connection of 12V/24V auxiliary sources without the need for additional intermediate relays.
