Whether it's the plug assembly of a portable charger or the internal wiring of a large DC fast charging station, each component must pass a specific inspection at the current stage before proceeding to the next.

Each finished product must undergo long-term full-load and overload cycle testing in a temperature-controlled aging chamber simulating a real-world environment to detect and eliminate potential early-stage faults.

Products must pass mandatory certifications for target markets such as CE, FCC, and RoHS, and complete safety tests including leakage protection, insulation withstand voltage, and electromagnetic compatibility.

High and low temperature, vibration, and protection level tests are conducted on batches to ensure consistent batch quality and the ability to withstand various transportation and usage environments.
