Final Inspection Under Real‐world Conditions of Pins and Connectors

We have established a reliable simulation environment to ensure the stability of our products via thermal inspection and environmental simulations, such as salt spray experiments, high-temperature tests, and high-pressure tests. We apply high current and low voltage at a constant temperature of 20℃ to complete the experiment in the temperature rise test. This is used to check the temperature rise by temperature collector and avoid heat transfer with a full-time monitor. We adopt high-temperature resistance and seismic material to escape the loosening connecting caused by temperature rise. Customer-centered is the core value of the AUPINS team.
